Your Mission

As an operations technician, you will be part of the production department's organization for Trollhättan Energi's heat and electricity generating facilities. The work is normally carried out as continuous shift work, which also includes daytime weeks where maintenance work is performed.

As an operations technician, you will, under the guidance of the operations coordinator, maintenance coordinator, and production manager, primarily work with your colleagues in the shift team on:

• Monitoring and optimizing production facilities and district heating networks.
• Handling alarms, troubleshooting, and performing ongoing supervision.
• Updating documentation, routines, and instructions with a focus on safety and customer service.

The role includes on-call duty, which places high demands on flexibility and problem-solving.

The work involves driving between facilities.

You will be part of an engaged and service-oriented group that currently consists of 35 employees within the operational area, which includes production and distribution of heat and electricity generation.

We are looking for someone who has

• Operations technician education at least at the high school level, preferably with a focus on process or other education that the employer deems equivalent.
• Insight and overall knowledge in production technology and maintenance of production facilities.
• Experience working with goal-oriented tasks.
• Good computer skills (Office) and experience with digital working methods (administrative/operational) such as customer systems, reporting, and work order systems.
• Proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Driver's license for manual transmission vehicles.

It is advantageous if you have:

• Experience from the energy sector.
• Experience in similar roles.
• Certified boiler operator.
